Weekly Recap | September - W5
A quiet Thanksgiving week, Watchlist updated, Google TPUs & Oracle debt
Weekly Buying List Update.
Here is my watchlist & buying plan. Reaching those prices does not mean I always pull the trigger; those are only my view of valuation & price action today. I only pull the triggers on the ones I believe to be the best liquidity attribution at the moment - purchases are shared on my Savvy B&H portfolio.

Optimized Cost Basis (OCB) - optimum average price for a long term position.
Accumulation Target - buying target based on price action, to average up.
Rating - Buy < 3.5 < Hold < 7 < Trim.
Bold - updates compared to last week.
Green - Potential buy/accumulation.
Nothing has really changed from last week, either in the market or in my view of it.
Watched Stocks and Portfolio.
This will be a very short weekly update, as nothing much happened, expected during Thanksgiving week.
Nvidia x Google Drama.
Meta is reportedly planning a multi‑billion‑dollar deal for compute using Google’s TPUs. The market interpreted this as Meta preferring Google’s TPUs over Nvidia’s GPUs, as if those hardware were better.
That couldn’t be further from the truth, as I explain below.
This pushed Google to new highs for no real reasons to my opinion.
If anything, this reassures my view that the AI trade is far from over, despite concerns around funding and debt, as the truth is that Meta is looking to contract every single GWh available all around the world.
One example of pessimism is Morgan Stanley’s memo on Oracle’s debt structure and its potential risks.
As usual, the concerns are real and justified, but nothing points to any immediate problems and Oracle could easly generate the cash necessary to fund its debt.
PayPal’s Agentic E-commerce.
PayPal released its agentic checkout service with Perplexity just in time for the holiday season. It will be very interesting to see usage trends in the coming months.
weekly Planning.
Nothing significant is happening next week so I’ll take things a bit slower. I have one write‑up planned to detail my investing strategy for the rest of the year and into early 2026. And will comment on other things if I have material!
Have a great week!
